I see art as an inward entity expressed outwardly, therefore, I base my own artwork on a spiritual foundation which I find within myself. One day I spoke with the Universe and stated with assuredness; "I'd like to have bones". In the following days I found near the horse coral, atop the wooden shelf where I kept my supplies, one large bone; perhaps part of a deer's leg left by the coyotes, and from that day forward the flood of bones rushed into my life; skulls, spine, rat, beaver, cow, horse, cougar, bear, deer jaw, antlers, it goes on and on. And within each bone I feel a calling; the voices of the Souls of the critters passed on as they say; "Honour Me."
